GM Induction Heaters are specially designed to heat bearings and other shrink-fit components prior to mounting using the latest intelligent microcontroller based electronic control system. Induction heating expands the component uniformly, allowing safe and damage-free installation.
Bearings and torque transmitting steel components that are shrink-fitted on shafts may suffer damage due to hammering, rough handling or improper mounting techniques. By using induction heating, these components expand uniformly which allows smooth mounting and significantly increases the service life of the bearing and equipment.
GM Induction Heaters are available in different models suitable for bearings with bore sizes starting from 10 mm and above. They provide fast, safe and economical heating, making them an ideal solution for modern industrial maintenance operations.
The GM25 Induction Heater has a heavy heating capacity and is equipped with an intelligent microcontroller based electronic control system to ensure precise temperature and time control.
The machine weighs approximately 300 kg and is capable of heating bearings weighing up to 500 kg to the required temperature within a customized time duration.
The GM25 model is provided with a manual or automated roll-sliding arrangement for the standard yoke. This mechanism allows the yoke to lift mechanically or roll off automatically from the vertical supports without rubbing or damaging the mating surfaces, ensuring additional safety, ease of operation and improved productivity.
