GM Induction Heaters are designed to heat bearings and other shrink-fit components prior to mounting using the latest intelligent microcontroller based electronic controls. Proper induction heating expands the component for easy mounting and prevents damage caused by hammering or improper installation methods.
Bearings and torque transmitting steel components often get damaged due to rough handling or faulty mounting techniques. Using induction heating ensures safe expansion of the component and significantly improves the life of bearings and rotating equipment.
The GM-04 model is lightweight and portable with a power capacity ranging from 2 to 4.0 KVA. It is equipped with intelligent programmable electronic controls and offers both temperature and time based operating modes through a feather-touch keypad.
