GM Induction Heaters are designed to heat bearings and other shrink-fit components prior to mounting using the latest intelligent microcontroller based electronic control technology. Proper induction heating allows controlled expansion of the component which ensures easy and damage-free mounting.

Bearings and torque transmitting steel components may get damaged due to rough handling or incorrect installation methods. Induction heating eliminates the need for hammering and provides a safe and efficient way to mount heavy components, thereby increasing the life of bearings and rotating machinery.

The GM100 Tyre Induction Heater is a heavy-duty machine with the highest heating capacity in the GM series. It is equipped with intelligent microcontroller based electronic controls along with a built-in data logger capable of recording and uploading operational data month-wise for monitoring and analysis.

This equipment weighs approximately 3 tons and is capable of heating large railway wheel tyres efficiently within 15 to 20 minutes. It is specially designed for railway and heavy engineering industries where safe and quick tyre mounting is essential.
