GM Induction Heaters are designed to heat bearings and other shrink-fit components prior to mounting using the latest intelligent microcontroller based electronic control systems. Proper induction heating expands the component and enables smooth mounting without damaging the bearing or shaft.
Bearings and torque transmitting steel components can get damaged due to rough handling and incorrect installation methods. By heating the component through induction heating, it expands uniformly and can be mounted safely, improving the life of the bearing and machinery.
The GM10 Induction Heater is a medium-capacity heating unit equipped with intelligent microcontroller based electronic controls. It is compact and portable, making it easy to carry to the site of operation using specially designed handles provided on both sides.
This model is capable of heating a bearing weighing 50 kg to 60 kg up to a temperature of 110°C within approximately 7 minutes, ensuring fast and efficient mounting operations.
